Leave France 24 as it is

May I ask why on heaven and earth Sarkozy took this decision to stop the broadcast of France 24 in English and in Arabic ??

The French  president decided to stop the broadcast of France 24 in English and in Arabic and to substitute it with a complete French speaking news channel called "France monde" !!

His comic justification is that he will not spend the tax payers money on a channel that does not speak french "despite it does and it has a french period !!??"

Is he retarded France 24 was successful in Arabic and in English ,my family and I used to watch the Arabic and English broadcast of the channel , we used to watch extensively during the French presidential elections , it is very important to have someone to talk you in your language . Not only us I know Americans who used to follow it

With my all respect are the Germans less patriot than the French to have "DW" in several languages including Arabic and English ??

All successful news channels are opening news channels in other languages to share their point of views

As I said DW is in Arabic and English beside German

BBC is going to open an Arabic channel very soon this month or next

Al-Jazeera has Al-Jazeera international

CCTV has an English channel

Russia is going to have an Arabic channel too

Stupidity !!??

  1. Russia already have its arabic broadcast Rusiya-Al-Yaum [Russia Today RT], check nilesat.((my most favorite channel recentily, very stylish & unique)) 18 hr of arabic broadcast daily !!!

France24 never dragged my attention, the same boring BBC style 24hr news-news related media......nonsense

I don't know whether they are adoption the same leftwing-bias of the bbc, the latter seems to be the top of its category.
