Our Doctors are barred from going to work in Saudi Arabia

This is the least thing we can do to protect our doctors from being humiliated in Saudi Arabia. The Ministry of employment issued a ministerial decree to bar the Egyptian doctors from working in KSA after the sorrowful incident of the two doctors.
I am very angry but I am not surprised because this is how the Egyptians are being treated in KSA and in the Gulf in general.
I will tell you a little family story. One of my aunts live in America since 1968,her son went there in the age of 6 years old.All his life he lived and was educated in the States ,once he found out that Saudi Arabia demands doctors in his filed to work in the kingdom , for him it was a good chance to live in a Muslim country with a good salary , a new experience but he was shocked when he knew that he would go and work there for a salary less than his American pairs even those with less medical experience than his !! Why is that ?? Because he is an Egyptian called "Mohamed" even if he has the American Passport and even if he has been living in America all his life !!!
Of course he did not go and stayed with his dignity in the States.
Now this shows the discrimination starts from the early beginning even from the recruitment process itself.
Already I do not think that Saudi Arabia can punish an American or any Western doctor in that way even if they were really guilty ,to tell the truth I am not convinced with the Saudi authorities official version of the story because already they broke the Sharia laws so why they would not manipulate and twist the truth especially we are speaking about a Royalty involved her.If you remember the Saudi authorities once punished another doctor by flogging when he complained that his little son in KG was raped by his principal !!
Their Princess was already addicted to painkillers from the start so why they do not blame the Americans who turned her in to junkie ,so why do not they sue the American doctor ??
On Thursday the Saudi Embassy issued an official statement saying that the Saudi State will continue in its punishment because these doctors are guilty !! It was published in official newspapers. I wonder if their cultural attache to Egypt would write another letter to Al-Dostor as he used to do last year !!
By the way there is a group in the facebook calls for expelling the Saudi Ambassador ,of course it should not reach like this , by the Saudis should know that we are tired from this treatment . Strangely when one of their drunken teenagers kill someone on the highways,he or she gets away from it despite our refusal.
It is so sad ,really sad.
In the end I want to say something this would have never happened in the time of late President Nasser or late President Sadat ,May Allah bless their souls

  3. An Egyptian doctor, who had served the Saudi Royal family for 20 yrs, was accused of driving a patient into addiction. He was treating a princess of the Saudi Arabian royal family after she had returned from the US. In the states, the doctor prescribed her high doses of Morphine and she returned to KSA and the Egyptian doctor continued this dose as specified by the American doctor. However, the princess was addicted (before coming to KSA) and the Saudis blamed the Egyptian doctor and condemned him to 700 lashes and 7 years in jail. The Egyptian tried to appeal and the judge doubled it making it 1500 lashes and 15 years in jail.

Egypt is enraged and attempting to bring the Egyptian doctor home and barring any other Egyptians from going to that damned country ever again.

Fuck Saudi Arabia and it's medieval ways they classify as "islamic". that's not how it works and I hope they burn in hell.
